The objective is very clear for Canadian Tire, to maximize Triangle MasterCard acquisition across Canada. Our creative approach includes staffing Canadian Tire retail locations along with partner retailers Mark’s Work Wearhouse, Sportchek and Canadian Tire Gas Bars. We utilize a combination of intercept coverage and indoor/outdoor events. We take control of the full circle operations, from recruiting top talent, strategy and scripting, training and ongoing performance management. Our strong recruitment and training approach have allowed us to maintain a consistent talent pool in order to staff retail and partner retailer locations across Canada. This has led us to consistently exceed acquisition expectations.
