Air Miles was looking to increase their loyalty card customer base and we were ready with a strategy. This included a multi-channel approach to staff Trade Shows, Rexall, LCBO and Metro locations. We took control of the operations in order to exceed expectations, including recruiting top talent, training, and ongoing performance management. Maintaining relationships with partners was essential to keep a consistent flow of subscriptions as we focused on maximizing scheduling for all channels thanks to our recruitment strategy and execution.
