As part of TELUS’ plan to establish presence in Eastern Canada for Home Security Services, TELUS invested heavily with the acquisition of ADT Security. From there, TELUS hired Connect6 Group to help increase their marketshare over competitors in the Home Security Services field. In partnership with TELUS, we created and executed a plan to launch multiple sales channels to quickly ramp up and meet an aggressive sales target.
Currently, Connect6 Group operates a Call Center targeting existing TELUS mobility customers, a door-to-door channel targeting new customers, and a retail-based program with partners such as The Brick. The versatility of our marketing agency allows TELUS to have a one-stop shop for all their sales channel needs. Our representatives have been best in class for sales per month and our staff covers leads throughout Eastern Canada, including Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
