These Terms of Service govern the use of websites, services, systems, communications, support activities, and related business services provided by Connect6 Group Inc. and its affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, and service providers.
By accessing our website, engaging with our services, submitting information, communicating with our representatives, or entering into a business relationship with Connect6 Group, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Clients remain responsible for their own portals, systems, products, services, offers, pricing, customer data, payment environments, security settings, disclosures, approvals, and compliance obligations.
Where Connect6 Group provides support on behalf of a client, Connect6 Group performs those services based on the client’s approved campaign instructions, scripts, systems, processes, and applicable service agreements.

These Terms apply generally to Connect6 Group’s websites, services, and business activities.
For business clients, Connect6 Group may also enter into a Client Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, Service Order, Data Processing Addendum, Non-Disclosure Agreement, or other written agreement.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will govern the specific services covered by it. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will take precedence for the applicable services.
