My experience in sales and marketing comes from a diverse background of roles, clients and products over the course of the last two years. In my current role as Account Manager, I have enjoyed the ability to make a positive impact on the career progression of my team members at Connect6 Group. This is through providing team members with the tools, knowledge, experience and confidence to quickly adapt to our fast-paced and results oriented team. 

In terms of my current role my strengths are attributes that I have developed here at Connect6 Group, leadership is a key strength that I have learned through being mentored by Connect6 Group’s executives. This has allowed me to instill the same confidence and growth into the sales team here helping not only in building better sales representatives but stronger more motivated people. Another strength in my current role is a work ethic crafted by a drive to continually achieve and surpass our goals and targets as well as the will to build upon my own skills and continually improve.

My career progression at Connect6 Group has been rewarding and there has been many milestones along the way. I have been a sales representative for both telecommunications and retail-based clients where I learned the foundations of sales and direct marketing. I have also acted as a Team Leader where I got to experience a leadership role and the accountability of a team. One of the largest milestones of my career was a promotion to Field Sales Manager for one of Canada’s largest telecommunication companies. 

When it comes to Connect6 Group, the part I love the most is that I look forward to each and every day as an opportunity to grow and improve. This comes from a few different factors including the people, the culture and the opportunity to not only grow my career but build character with like-minded team members! 

If I am not in the office, then you might find me in a few different places. Before work you might find me, boxing, exercising or bike riding. After work, I like to spend time with friends and family. Also, some of my hobbies include film, music and reading.
