Connect6 Group is a growing staffing agency who works with major clients like Canadian Tire, Air Miles and Longo’s. We’re currently hiring staff for our client, a leading telecommunication service provider to help them find field sales manager in the Trois-Rivieres area.

You will be working for the second-largest cable operator in Ontario and Québec in terms of the number of basic cable service customers served.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them on a daily basis in the field

  • Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met

  • Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product.

  • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies

  • Generating new leads and developing existing customers

  • Responding to customer enquiries

  • Driving sales productivity and market share growth throughout Ontario

  • Managing successful execution of all programs to ensure achievement of sales and profit targets

  • Primary focus is to meet sales and activation targets

  • Elevate leadership skills and people management skills of the team

  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met

  • Provide feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales operations

  • Inspirational and creative sales leader that posses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results

  • Customer service orientation, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate problems, opportunities and develop effective solutions

  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills

  • Previous management/supervision of a sales team is an asset

  • Previous management experience is an asset

  • In-depth understanding of sales and marketing principles

  • Experience leading and managing a team

  • Proven door to door sales experience is a must

  • Previous telecom door to door experience is an asset

  • Able to work on a salary + commission structure

  • Valid G2 license
