Connect6 Group is a growing staffing agency who works with major clients like Canadian Tire, Rogers, and Cogeco. We’re currently hiring staff for our client, a leading business supply company to help them find call centre representatives.

We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service by calling on behalf of our client to book potential customers in for an online demo with one the client's sales representatives.

The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will call potential customers and generate leads for the client's team of sales representatives and schedule the customers for a demo.

To be a successful Call Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

Making calls to customers to discuss the client's programs and book them for a demonstration
Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining program details, and ensuring that customer is clear on the details of the program
Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Call Center Representative Requirements:


High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
Understanding of client's products, services, and policies.
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
Strong time management and decision making skills
Adaptability and accountability
