Being the Chief Executive Officer is an exceedingly rewarding position, which I'm very humble and honoured to hold.
My role at Connect6 Group is to create an efficient sales engine for our clients, including implementing efficient processes and procedures which support our staff and empower our team with all the tools required to be successful. This position has helped in the development of soft skills such as interpersonal communications, critical thinking and project management. The best part of being the CEO is that I get to learn from my incredible staff on a daily basis. I'm a firm believer that a sales interaction should be a fun experience for the sales representative and the customers.
After graduating from Laurentian University, I started my adventure in the world of marketing. I've literally held almost every position possible at an agency and developed a specialization in training and program management. My biggest learning about marketing is that it's a people business. If you do right by your employees, your clients and the consumer and all treat people well, you'll achieve enormous results.
What do you love about your job?
The thing I love about Connect6 Group is what we've achieved as a team so far and the massive potential we still have to achieve. I know we'll continue to push the boundaries on creating the best sales interactions and best in class procedures. I love the team, because everyday they're a source of inspiration.
What do you love to do in your free time?
When I'm not working, you can find me watching my beloved Toronto FC at BMO field. I've been a season ticket holder for 4 years and it's one of the ways I spend quality time with friends and family. Another passion of mine is travelling in general, with my favourite destination being Portugal.
